Cancellations, changes
It is understandable things can go wrong; plans can change. This is why E-TRAVEL.CZ gives you the unique opportunity to make changes or cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance, free of charge (see exception below).

All cancellations will be made through the web site and your personal area will be updated. If your cancellation runs over the allowed time period, then you will be charged a cancellation fee; this fee will be shown on your personal web page.

Exception:
E-TRAVEL.CZ would like to offer this service for all reservations. Unfortunately, not all hotels offer free cancellation up to 24 hours, but to maybe 3 days or more in advance. Should this be the case, then you'll be informed when selecting your hotel.
