Question	Does E-TRAVEL.CZ stretch as far as Plzen, as we shall need a hotel for a couple of nights?
Answer	We offer a service, not just for Prague, but for the whole Czech Republic. We'll be glad to help you arrange you holiday anywhere you like in the Czech Republic.

Question	Can I contact you by phone on Sunday? Do you have mobile phone?
Answer	E-TRAVEL.CZ has a 24 hours customer support centre - 7 days a week. Give us a call anytime you want!

Question	Could you, please inform me whether you have offices in France, England, Norway and Italy?
Answer	We have a partner office in the UK and a number you can call to contact us. Unfortunately, we have yet to set up this system for any other country except the United States.

Question	If I'd like to book, are there any agent commision fees? How does it work?
Answer	E-TRAVEL.CZ will never charge you agent commission fees. We like to think of ourselves as a public service.

Question	Is it possible for me to leave messages for people through your office?
Answer	Certainly! Just give us a call or drop us a note, and we'll make sure they'll get the message.

Question	Are you a US based company?
Answer	No, we are one hundred percent Czech, which means we know our stuff about the Czech Republic. Even so, we try our hardest to maintain a standard expected of an American company.

Question	How to find your office?
Answer	We're right in the centre, just behind the National Theatre. Need a map? We'll e-mail you or fax you one!

Question	Could you tell me the nearest train station to your office please.
Answer	The nearest train station is Prague-Main. If you take a number 9 tram, you'll be taken right there.

Question	hi, i am from sri lanka. i have 10 persons who would love to visit czech republic. and would love to arrange one of your hotels. how can i fix this programme and who can i contact for this ?
