Apartments are divided into the star grading scheme as follows:

* - simple properties with private facilities (shower/WC), basic cooking facilities, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, if the shower or toilet is not inside the apartment it is shown in the description

** - see 1* category - all the above plus
the apartment is better equipped, private facilities are always inside the apartment, separate space for sitting and sleeping, kitchen appliances allow basic cooking, 15m² of floor space for at least one bed

*** - see 2* category - all the above plus
apartment equipment is suitable for longer stays, fully equipped kitchen includes all kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, cooker etc.), 18m² of floor space for at least one bed

**** - see 3* category - all the above plus
sleeping room divided from other apartment space
working facilities available on request
fax connection and PC available on request
22m² of floor space for at least one bed
