Individual rooms (bungalows) have their entrances directly from the outside, covered parking is available directly in front of the entrance, and should you wish, it is also possible to sit on the terrace behind the room.
The total capacity is 40 double rooms. Included in this figure is one suite and three "family rooms" for families with small children.
Each of our rooms is equipped with its own bathroom and toilet, tub, shower, and hair-dryer. Standard features are a television with satellite reception, radio, minibar, small safe, and direct-dial telephone. Heating is ensured by electrical heaters.


Benesov is a town situated 40km south-east of Prague in the recreation area - close to the famous chateau Konopiste, the Sazava river and the Slapy dam.
