This structure was built in the 16th century as a Jesuit Monastery and has preserved the beauty and style of the Renaissance, despite recent extensive interior restoration and modernisation works. The Hotel Ruze is now a luxurious 4 star hotel, maintaining the spirit and style of the Renaissance. The rooms, the dining hall and the restaurant are decorated in the Renaissance style. Dishes are prepared by chefs in 16th century robes.
