ANNA HOTEL Vimperk

This unique newly reconstructed hotel is situated close to a 900 year old Castle wall. The hotel was named after Saint Anna, the protector of voyagers of the guests. The wooden statue dedicated to her in 1650 A.D. is displayed in the hotel reception, it was created by a local artist. The hotel provides accommodation in 36 comfortable rooms, 2 family suites and 14 luxury suites. The hotel also features a conference hall which can seat up to 240 persons.

Vimperk is a mountain town located at the foot of the Sumava Mountains, on the Volynka river, which history goes back to the 13th century. It has a nice historical centre with the Renaissance caslte, rebuild in Baroque style. Vimperk is a good starting point for Sumava, it is the seat of the headquarters of the Sumava National Park and the Protected Nature Area Sumava.
